Responsibilities
- The role of the position includes the follow:
- Responsible for all sales and recruitment performance for branch
- Develop initiatives and activities to drive business & ensuring the branch reach the projected goals.
- Responsible to manage agency’s feedback and resolve feedbacks.
- Ensure smooth running of the branch operations.
- Provide excellent customer services for both advisers and walk in clients.
- To achieve sales and recruitment target assigned and ensure agency productivity ratio is at a satisfactory level.
- Responsible run events such as Market Outlook Talk, Recruitment Talk, Workshop, Seminar, BOSS preview, Roadshow, meeting, gathering etc.
- Conduct training courses ie UUT, SC, AML/CFT, KYB and any other courses that deem fit.
- You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.

- Experience sales and business development within the financial services industry is required for the role
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, multi-lingual an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a strong commitment to achieve sales target assigned
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Able to be based in Setia Alam Branch Office
