Job Description: HR Administrator

Position Summary:

As an HR Administrator at EYZ Global, you will play a key role in supporting the daily HR operations for our client, a major financial brokerage firm. This role involves handling administrative HR tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, and supporting compliance with HR policies and labor laws. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded HR skill set in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment documentation.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain awareness of local labor law updates.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the payroll team in gathering and verifying timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and assist with employee relations tasks such as managing leaves and performance documentation.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry and generate HR reports as needed for management and the client.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support to HR managers and teams on a variety of HR-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a finance or BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and basic HR principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and support a global client base.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or broker environments.
  • Familiarity with multi-country HR operations.
