Product Consultation and Recommendation- Answer customer questions about product shades and suitability before the product sale period begins.
- Provide professional product recommendations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Have an in-depth understanding of live group-buy products and effectively recommend suitable options to the audience.

- Handle customer inquiries after live streams, addressing product-related questions and other after-sales concerns.
- Follow up on any prize draw activities held during live streams, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Merchant Coordination and Sample Management- Communicate and coordinate with brand merchants, handling incoming samples and packages.
- Ensure the timely receipt, dispatch, and management of samples for product display and recommendation.
Working Hours:
- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Live Stream Days: If a live stream is scheduled, working hours will be adjusted to 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Next Day Adjustment: If there was a live stream the previous day, and no stream is scheduled the next day, you may start work after lunch.
