The APAC Procurement Process & Referential Manager is one of the main contributors to the transformation of Procurement GBS into a structured, organized and efficient organization by implementing top-class operational processes and high compliance standards aligned with the best practices in place.

He/She will manage and support Air Liquide GBS compliant procurement framework across APAC, defining, communicating and controlling the procurement policies, guidelines and SOPs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1) RISK AND INTERNAL CONTROLS

  • Set up, manage and maintain the APAC procurement guideline in line with Air Liquide group referential
  • Define and implement the procurement risk management and internal controls strategy with policies and systems
  • Elaborate a framework to assess procurement risks by geography and by category
  • Define mandatory controls in coordination with the IA requirements
  • Lead the the post audit action plans

2) SUPPORT TO EXECUTION and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Support the APAC Procurement activities in the procurement risk assessment and perform data based root cause analysis
  • Define and implement mitigation plans
  • Develop and deploy the APAC procurement guidelines, secure the local applications of the hub directions
  • Coordinate with group central team

3) REPORTING

  • Consolidate, analyze and present the procurement results, coordinate and drive performance improvement plans
  • Report the progress on corrective actions

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or Finance/Internal Control
  • Hands on experience in end to end procurement process and experience in writing referential documentation
  • Good experience as internal control with procurement knowledge, SOD, DOA etc...
  • Digital Mindset
  • Great communicator, able to build a network and get in touch with stakeholders across all levels
