Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic eSIM / Travel Roaming Service Sales Executive that will be responsible for driving sales, meeting customer needs, and providing exceptional customer experience. Your work will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Experience

  • Needs Assessment : Engage with customers to understand their travel needs, data usage patterns, and preferences, helping them select the best eSIM and roaming services.
  • Product Guidance : Explain the benefits, features, and setup process for our eSIM and travel roaming options, making it easy for customers to make informed choices.

2. Sales Presentations

  • Product Demos : Present and demonstrate our eSIM and roaming solutions, highlighting unique features and benefits relevant to the customer’s needs.
  • Professional Engagement: Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner, building trust and rapport with potential clients

3. Paperwork

  • Order Documentation : Accurately fill out sales orders, detailing package selections, costs, and customer information.
  • Reporting : Maintain records of sales activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and customer interactions.

4. Sales Quotas

  • Monthly Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for eSIM activations, mobile plans, landline phone, high-speed data and video sales.
  • Metrics Tracking: Regularly review personal sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement to enhance performance.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Inventory Management : Keep track of product sold.
  • Record-Keeping : Update sales software with accurate and timely information on each sale, follow-up activity and customer feedback.

Skills, Qualifications & Benefits :

  • Preferably a with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing, or an experienced salesperson with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, mobile services, or tech products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
