- Someone has full spectrum of Finance - tax, consolidation, monthly & yearly closings, review financial statements, treasury payment, & transfer pricing
- Someone willing to travel every month once to Kedah (another branch) - (allowance is given)
Responsibilites:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Consolidate financial data across subsidiaries or divisions to prepare comprehensive financial statements for leadership review.
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local and international tax regulations. Coordinate with tax advisors on tax planning and strategy.
- Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, oversee payments, and monitor bank balances to maintain financial liquidity.
- Develop and review transfer pricing documentation, ensuring adherence to regulations and minimizing tax exposure in cross-border transactions.
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze financial variances, and generate financial forecasts to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial reviews, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance assessments to identify improvement areas.
- Maintain financial policies, implement internal controls, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, tax management, and transfer pricing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple financial functions.
