Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare agendas and issue meeting notices, attend for relevant board and board committee meetings, as well as general meetings

• Attend meetings or events as required, and accurately record and draft minutes for relevant board and board committees’ meetings, as well as general meetings

• Drafting minutes for Management meetings and following up on matters arising.

• Maintaining the records and relevant corporate secretarial documents for the organisation

• Prepare and submit relevant documents to regulatory authorities

• Providing support for any ad-hoc secretarial matters.

Job Requirements:

• Possessing Degree in Corporate Admin or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary or related field

• Organized, meticulous, possess excellent reporting and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is compulsory. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian company law and corporate governance requirements

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
