  • Work closely with process and production teams to optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
  • Concern on the development and optimization of milk powder formulations, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
  • Reviewing and improving the application for new and current ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specification.
  • Ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies & procedures are incorporated into product Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and work with the Production operational team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
  • Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients, and packaging processes, to ensure finished products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with production operational team on process of new product & existing product improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Candidate must be able to speak, read and write English, and Mandarin
  • Possess at least 3 years working experience in R&D and extensive experience in milk powder formulation and product development within the healthcare supplement industry.
  • Bachelor degree in dietetics / nutrition / food science / technology / engineering.
  • Computer literate.
