A Client Solutions Executive is responsible for organizing and managing training programs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery to meet client needs. This role involves collaborating with Business Development department, understanding client objectives, and overseeing the effective implementation of training initiatives
The person is also required to support other departments as and when necessary.
Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing proposal and maintain impeccable relationships with our clients on different levels.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors / stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
· Coordinating program and event activities such as venue setting, meals, invitation and training calendar.
· Continually monitors and evaluates effectiveness of training and makes needed adjustments.
· Support in execution of training calendar.
· Manage HRDC claim and enquiry.
· Handle basic HR inquiries and training request generated via phone and or e-mail, to provide solutions to questions and coordinate with the solutions team to ensure that answers to inquiries and customer service delivery is aligned with provisions, in compliance with legal and statutory requirements and company policies.
· Support in CRM system and database management.
· Assist in crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies.
· Provides overall administrative tasks, i.e. meetings, preparing proposal, presentation, reports, briefings and correspondence including writing minutes from internal and external sources.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Graduate with 2 to 3 years of Industry experience in Human Resource, Administration, and Business Development.
· Excellent customer service and internal communication skills including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting.
· Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
· Prior experience in B2B/Corporate client management.
· Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.
· Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
