Position: Commis Chef

  • Plan, directs and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen.

  • Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the dining area and counter areas are clean and organized. Perform cleaning duties such as clearing tables and mopping floors.
  • Handle Customer Feedback - Address customer questions, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Teamwork - Work closely with other crew members and assist in additional tasks as needed.

Position: Barista

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks, following established recipes.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
  • Provide recommendations and educate customers on different coffee types and flavors.
  • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operation during busy hours.

  • Prior work history and experience in kitchen.
  • Able to work on weekdays/weekends/holiday.
