- Handle Customer Feedback - Address customer questions, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Teamwork - Work closely with other crew members and assist in additional tasks as needed.
Position: Barista
- Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks, following established recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Provide recommendations and educate customers on different coffee types and flavors.
- Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operation during busy hours.
