As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex

business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this

management level include but are not limited to:

A. Practice Development

Support in formulating, planning and driving Digital Cloud & Data (DCD) portfolio of clients while reporting to Partners and Directors. Directors and Partners.

Work closely with other Go To Market (GTMs) to strategise and drive the growth of key markets

Develop and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Work with senior

leadership team to identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects, contributing to proposal development, presentations and sales activities.

Drive new and existing business opportunities particularly in areas of cloud and technology strategy for clients across different industries

Demonstrate technology thought leadership, working closely with our colleagues for other Go To Market (GTM) teams.

B. Technical Leadership and Project Delivery

Demonstrate skills and experience in technology (e.g. cloud, AI, data analytics). Having relevant

certificates in the areas particularly Microsoft Azure or AWS will be an added advantage.

Lead client engagements and serve as trusted advisor for client’s digital transformation initiatives focused on cloud transformation, data modernisation and digital strategy

Collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, requirements and translating these into strategies and technical solutions.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning through to execution, ensuring

high-quality completion of the engagements

Oversee project resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solution that exceeds

client expectations.

Establish and maintain project governance and effective communication with clients and internal

teams.

C. Team Leadership

Manage multiple first line managers, senior and associate consultants in clients engagements

Develop the careers of reporting team members, actively engaging with our people to develop

junior resources within the firm in order to enable them to be valued by our clients as experts in their domain

Demonstrate care and commitment to the team and our business. Lead, mentor and develop a

team of technology consultants and foster a collaborative work environment. Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities and their career growth.

Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.

Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.

Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

The preferred candidate must:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. A

Master’s degree in these areas will be an advantage

Minimum 8-10 years experience in technology consulting with strong focus on cloud computing, digital transformation or data analytics, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Proficient in cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure) and experience with cloud-native architecture and services.

Strong understanding of digital transformation practices such as agile methodologies, digital strategy or data modernisation strategy

Excellent client management and consulting skills with the ability to build and maintain

relationships with senior stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to client sites across South East Asia countries
