- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Malaysia market, specifically targeting hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors/ strategic partners, and key opinion leaders in the industry.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our medicalAI solutions, including their clinical benefits and technical specifications.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitoractivities, pricing, and product positioning, providing feedback to theproduct and marketing teams.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare forecasts, and generate reports to measure sales performance and market penetration.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in medical device sales, preferably with experience in imaging or diagnostic equipment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysia’s healthcare landscape,including MDA regulatory processes and purchasing cycles in hospitals and clinics.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust with clients.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functionalteams.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel within Malaysia to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Candidate must able to read, write, and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
