- Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify and assess potential CSR projects that align with the company's core values and social impact goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR activities into business operations.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, preparing detailed reports on outcome and impact.
- Coordinate with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, government bodies, educational institutions and other corporate organizations to facilitate program success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, community members and partners
- Organize and participate in community engagement activities, ensuring positive brand representation
- Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to promote collaboration on CSR initiatives
- Prepare and present regular updates on CSR activities to senior management and other stakeholders
- Assist in the development of content for CSR communications, including reports, press releases, and social media.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR reporting, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Support fundraising efforts for CSR programs, identifying potential donors and partners
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for CSR activities
- Provide guidance and support to junior team member(s) and volunteers involved in CSR projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CSR processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies such as Prudential Group, Bank Negara, Registrar of Societies (ROS), LHDN, and etc.
