Position: HR & Admin Executive

Location: T05, Level 2, Moulmein Rise Shoppes, 9, Jalan Moulmein, Pulau Tikus, 10350 George Town, Pulau Pinang.

Job: Full time

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive appropriate entrance check-in and kick start.
  2. Prepare documents for recruitment consultants; convert candidate resumes into the company’s standard CV format.
  3. Ensure physical and electronic filing systems are maintained in an orderly manner in accordance with company policy and legal requirements for HR and company related files.
  4. Assist in preparing related reports and documentation.
  5. Assist in generating and issuing invoices to clients.
  6. Do a simple book-keeping for AR/AP. Arrange monthly billing payment
  7. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, fully stocked with necessary supplies, and complies with health and safety regulations.
  8. Organize company events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities as needed.
  9. Any ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
