JOB PURPOSE:

  • Monitor all marine mechanical equipment and marine piping system activity of all floating assets to ensure operational and maintenance activities achieve the desired uptime reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness as well as in compliance to the industry regulations and standards in meeting customer’s contractual requirements.
  • Support in New Build, Conversion, Repair & Life Extension Project during onshore construction, offshore installation, and operation.
  • Monitor work repairs and failure data, pulling data for continuous improvement activities, meeting improvement milestones, developing performance trends, and monitoring for improvement for all marine, mechanical, and piping on-board facilities.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and provide assistance in planning and coordinating work for the Operation Department. Works with maintenance and operations on reliability issues when they occur; have vision and ability to create quality solutions for any problems.
  • Responsible for analyzing work repairs and failure data, pulling data for continuous improvement activities, meeting improvement milestones, developing performance trends, and monitoring for improvement.
  • Assist in the development Project Management execution plan to meet MISC management and Client business objectives and expectations.
  • Develop a comprehensive Technical Scope of Work and Bill of Quantities to reduce the technical clarifications during bidding.
  • Participate during tender evaluation as Serves as a subject matter expert on all marine, mechanical and piping system engineering issues (not limited to risk engineering, system integrity and applicability to specifications, philosophies and standards)
  • Assist Manager RLE to manage and closely monitor and supervise the onshore construction and offshore installation to meet the project schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Engineering & Operation for Oil & Gas industry related to all marine mechanical equipment, marine piping system and familiar with classifications, Codes, Rules and Requirements.
