About the job

In this position, you will lead the diagnostic sales team. You will be responsible for mentoring and managing salespeople and growing the business. This is a position for senior salespeople with leadership experience or existing sales managers to expand your horizons in an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of salespeople and coaching them to improve their capabilities.
  • Meeting with important Key Opinion Leaders of your industry and proposing the right solutions
  • Growing the division, hiring of new members, and creating a strong team culture.
  • Introducing the latest products and technologies into the market and assisting with marketing/launch activities.
  • Developing the customer database and new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Managing the performance of the team, and driving results
  • Reporting of results and territory analysis.
  • Achieving assigned financial objectives and team sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in a science-related field such as biomedical science, biotechnology, pharmacy, medical technology, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in team management in diagnostic solution
  • Experience leading or coaching team members will be required for this role
  • Strong sales track record and a history of meeting sales targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Malaysia, engage with KOLs, and provide technical help
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical ability. Goal-driven and possessing a mindset to grow the business
  • People-oriented and keenness to lead and develop the capabilities of your team members.
