The Head of Product for Postpaid and Prepaid services is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of the Company's postpaid and prepaid product offerings. Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

- Collaborate with senior management to align product strategies with overall business goals.
Product Development
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch new postpaid and prepaid products.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.
Innovation and Improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.

Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
- Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

Customer Focus
- Ensure that all products meet customer needs and deliver a superior user experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets for product development projects.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, making adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Work with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product development and management within the telecommunication industry, with a focus on postpaid and prepaid services.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and trends.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
