The Head of Product for Postpaid and Prepaid services is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of the Company's postpaid and prepaid product offerings. Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for postpaid and prepaid services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align product strategies with overall business goals.

Product Development

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch new postpaid and prepaid products.
  • Define product requirements and specifications based on market needs and company objectives.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.

Innovation and Improvement

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies and trends into product offerings.
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine products.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

Customer Focus

  • Ensure that all products meet customer needs and deliver a superior user experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets for product development projects.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability, making adjustments as necessary to achieve financial targets.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure that all products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Work with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product development and management within the telecommunication industry, with a focus on postpaid and prepaid services.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and trends.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
