Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and follow-up completion of all submissions to SEDA & TNB.
- Handle shipping documents including LC, Form-E and all import declarations.
- Order processing, both purchase & sales including returns.
- Support scheduling activities liaising with internal-external stakeholders.
- Invoice verification, payment submission and other administrative tasks.
- Support the team by updating portal and database and preparing reports.
- Support other areas of the business and/or other tasks assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years similar work experience required.
- Candidates without qualification but have more than 3 years work experience are welcomed.
- Disciplined, meticulous, well organized & resourceful.
- Able to work independently to deliver results/KPI.
- Willing to work on call, and on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is a MUST.
