Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the platform products design & operations, Understand and communicate the operational and growth needs of e-wallets or Super Apps in various overseas markets to ensure a match between product capabilities and customer needs. Continuously optimize and iterate internal products to improve the platform's products.
2. Implement product & operation plans. Provide customized solutions based on the different stage and needs of the customer's business, promoting the efficient delivery of product capabilities and solutions.
3. Design platform operation rules and processes. Ensure the standardization of platform usage rules and promote them externally.
Identify operational issues through data analysis and business growth insights, and provide optimization solutions to drive refined operations and continuous growth of the platform.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in product, industry or category operations, with a preference for those experienced in payment or Super App operational growth experience.
2. Comprehensive abilities in user growth, traffic management, and product operations, capable of independently planning and executing product operation strategies.
3. Prior experience in e-commerce categories or payment operations is preferred.
4. Clear logic, good communication skills with customers, and strong coordination abilities within and outside the organization.
5. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
