Responsibilities:
Responsible for outputting operational growth strategies for overseas e-wallets and Super Apps. Develop growth strategies based on customer business growth, operational pain points, problems, and needs.
Conduct refined operations and growth by closely collaborating with customer teams, providing professional growth strategy advice. Discover problems through data analysis, combine app users, use case, and services to develop and implement optimization plans, ensure effective implementation of strategies, and continuously optimize operational results.
Improve operational efficiency: Help customers enhance the campaign management, optimize operational management processes, ensure the efficient execution of product and growth strategies, and improve operational management efficiency.
Assist in product operations management and performance monitoring, promptly adjust strategies based on customer feedback and data effects, continuously optimize products and operational strategies, and explore new growth points.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of work experience, a year of experience in internet user operations, traffic operations, and industry operations, with a preference for those experienced in payment and Super App operations.
2. Familiarity with algorithms and the ability to develop differentiated operational strategies based on industry, merchant, and user characteristics is preferred.
3. Rich experience in operational growth and efficiency improvement, with strong business logic and data analysis abilities.
4. Preference for those with cross-border B2B customer service capabilities, with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
