  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare NC programs for 5 -Axis CNC Milling, 5 axis Mill-Turn Machining, 3+1 axis CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Sink-EDM and Wire-EDM in accordance with company policy, procedures and cutting strategy standards. 2. Expert level on CNC machine G-code and M-code programming. 3. Expert in work-holding concepts to choose the best clamping method to achieve the overall company concept of Single-Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED). 4. Responsible to prepare programs for high precision parts with tolerances ranges of ±2 µm. 5. Able to simulate NC programs for all machines with high Tech simulation software. 6. Prepare NC programs for measurement cycles with touch probes for all CNC machines. 7. To train Malaysian junior programmers. Transfer knowledge about programming for 5-axis CNC milling, Mill-Turn, Wire-EDM and Sink-EDM operations, Simulation of NC programs, Work holding concepts, and advanced use of measuring equipment. 8. To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time. Job Specifications: • Minimum certificate in related field and 8 years of operating 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machine. • Work experience in single piece precision manufacturing. • Extensive experience in producing high precision tooling and machine parts with tolerances up to +/- 10 to 20micron. • Ability to program in Mastercam is an added advantage. • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. • Able to communicate technical instructions effectively to all level within organization.
