Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Responsible to set appropriate sales & marketing objective annually and update according to market changes and customer expectation Manage and co-ordinate team to provide timely customer service and handle visit to factory Organize and manage team to provide responsive order forecasts and ensure timely order processing and delivery Develop and monitor the annual sales budget for respective factory. Manage market entry and penetration strategy and execute sales plan through distributor(s) and partners for designated market of responsibility Work with export managers to identify new products and markets for market development and sales growth. Develop marketing strategy and sales promotion plan with input from export managers Manage brand/product image building in relevant markets. Required to travel when necessary.
