Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the brand objectives are met.
  • Responsible for planning and developing marketing plans and follow through on execution of program to ensure executions excellence (supported with relevant SOPs and tracking) according to stipulated timeline - Key activities include ATL & BTL advertising, new product launch, promotions, on-ground events, in-stores, merchandising supports and manage sourcing of premiums.
  • Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.
  • Responsible to analyze, forecast and project monthly production/ordering volume and ensure the right level of inventory (stocks) - to prevent out of stocks situation.
  • Conducts periodic market trend analysis and business reviews by trade channels and plan necessary steps to drive the sell-in and sell-out.
  • Keeping abreast with consumer’s shopper behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy.
  • Identifying and assessing the potential of new product development to sustain brand/product lifecycle.
  • Other roles deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Possess high level of exposure in brand marketing with in-depth knowledge of brand management tools and processes.
  • Dynamic team player with initiatives, matured, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritize and be resourceful.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
