Position Overview

This is a surgical sales role focused on providing technical training and support to doctors and key healthcare personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services on behalf of a company to attract customers and drive sales
  • Identify business opportunities and proactively develop strategic account primarily for central regions including any territories assigned.
  • Responsible for increasing revenue, market share and contributing to company growth and profitability within territories assigned
  • Committed to learning new products as required and be excel in technical know-how of all products available
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing valuable support, information, and guidance
  • Interact professionally and courteously with health care practitioners ranging from nurses, surgeons, consultants and key decision makers
  • Participate in sales activities such as meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars
  • Ensure and facilitate a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Optical/ Optometry /Ophthalmology / Medical Science/ Life Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant industry
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and result oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and owns a car
  • Fully vaccinated against covid-19
