Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support fresher to join our team. This role provides technical assistance to internal users and plays a critical role in maintaining the functionality of the organization's IT systems. As an entry-level support professional, you will work under the guidance of senior team members to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installations, and support the day-to-day IT operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support by responding to user queries via phone, email, or chat, aiming to resolve issues promptly. - Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, including network connectivity, printer malfunctions, software errors, and password resets. - Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of new hardware and software as needed. - Document technical issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system to ensure all support requests are tracked and resolved. - Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs. - Support remote users by providing guidance on accessing systems and resolving connectivity issues. - Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams, following appropriate protocols. Skills and Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and troubleshooting steps. - Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals is an advantage. - Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
