About the Role As a Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management is responsible for leading the development, deployment and support of Integral Life Application to meet business requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions to improve company’s operations. Roles & Responsibilities: • In charge of Integral Life system requirement gathering, analysis, propose solutions, code development, unit testing, and deployment (BAU and Projects). • Responsible on production incident/problem tickets. • Involve in manage and support IL UAT activities. • Responsible for management updates on system/project related activities. • Understand functionalities and technical aspects of the system; analyze technical impact on interfacing systems. • Part of IL batch job support rooster. • To obey and support on Integral Life security, standard and compliance matters. Minimum Requirements: • Degree in IT or related areas. • Has minimum 4 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system. • Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills in English • Has good personality and attitude. • Agile knowledge is an advantage.
