Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technology & Halal Executive at NANKA alt food. The Executive will be responsible for assisting the management managing and implementing halal compliance for all products, conducting research and development for jackfruit-based food alternatives, overseeing technical aspects of food production, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Passion in research & development for food products
  • Basic knowledge in food processing and production
  • Knowledge of halal compliance and certification processes
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
  • Certified Halal Executive
