Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technology & Halal Executive at NANKA alt food. The Executive will be responsible for assisting the management managing and implementing halal compliance for all products, conducting research and development for jackfruit-based food alternatives, overseeing technical aspects of food production, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Qualifications
- Passion in research & development for food products
- Basic knowledge in food processing and production
- Knowledge of halal compliance and certification processes
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Certified Halal Executive
