Bhd Work Location: Wisma Shell Malaysia Cyberjaya Contract Duration: 1 year Working hour/arrangement: shift basis included weekend/PH (morning shift 07:00am-16:00pm), (noon shift 14:00pm-23:00pm), (night shift 22:00pm – 07:00am) – weekly rotation depends on operation requirement Job Description Summary We are part of Downstream -Trading & Supply Operations in Supply Chain and we play a crucial role in the last leg of product delivery from Terminals to our Retail and B2B customers. Position Accountability - Answering calls and represents a professional customer-focused image of Shell to the public and to resolve customer enquiries during the first contact with the customer (live resolution) - To handle a range of first line customer enquiries via calls or emails within the agreed processes and ways of working and also being a primary contact point for the stakeholders. - To take ownership for the end-to-end customer enquiry which may require engaging other partners across the supply chain - Pro-actively keeping key customers informed throughout the contact management process on any amendments to the delivery. - Manage all post-scheduling activities to the shift such as Left on board, plant/depot change, load quantity changes, compartment changes, trip sequence change, vehicle change, orders scheduled not delivered and communicate it with the relevant stake holders. - Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate.
