Finance & Accounng:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliaons and
financial statement preparaon.
3. Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendaons to
management.
4. Assist in budgeng and forecasng processes and monitor variances.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulaons and standards.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
7. Manage payments related to various business acvies, including operaonal expenses,
insurance and others.
8. Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant filings by ensuring
mely and accurate tax submissions and stay updated on changes in tax regulaons.
Administrave Support (6 months only):
1. Manage day-to-day office operaons, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor
relaonships.
2. Assist in organizing company events, meengs, and travel arrangements.
3. Maintain and update administrave policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operaons.
Human Resources (6 months only):
1. Support HR funcons such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and
coordinang training sessions.
2. Assist in the recruitment process by posng job openings, scheduling interviews, and
maintaining candidate databases.
3. Help manage employee benefits and coordinate employee engagement acvies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounng, Business Administraon, or a related field.
4-5 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounng roles.
Proficiency in accounng soware, NetSuite system and Microso Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong analycal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizaonal and multasking abilies.
Knowledge of HR pracces and experience in administrave roles is a plus.
