Job Summary
To execute and support in Central Region performance management, training and recruitment matters that to contribute to Division’s productivity.

Job Summary
To execute and support in Central Region performance management, training and recruitment matters that to contribute to Division’s productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan and execute sales and recruitment related matters / tasks.
- To support in regional performance management and monitor the progress of KPIs assigned by the Company
- To manage training related arrangement and able to conduct basic training to agency force
- To support in branch or regional events, activities, seminars, sales campaigns etc.
- To plan and organizing sales activities and ensure active participation from agency members.
- To conduct communication sessions with agency members on all company's latest development and important updates
- Preparing sales / campaign reports
- To build good working relationship with agency members through various field activities including field visits, attending agency meetings and activities.
- To plan and implement all sales campaigns and recruitment activities that contribute to the Division target.
- To carry out any other sales support tasks, as deemed necessary.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year working experience in Financial Services / insurance will have added advantage.
- Result driven and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain good relationship with agencies.
- Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A team player.
