Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales and achieve targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min 5+ years of experience in Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. (must be from 5 big company SaaS and SI in their country)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex software solutions and explain them in simple terms.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding about their Malaysia market.
