  • Oversee the complete tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes for high-value projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy that supports organizational goals and positions WISE AI as a leader in targeted markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting continuous professional growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to guide strategic decisions, refine sales approaches, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research on targeted sectors to identify opportunities for geographic and sector-specific expansion.
  • Monitor potential collaborators and competitors to assess market dynamics, anticipate business threats, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the technology, AI, or automation sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to close with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market, including industry trends and the competitive landscape in SaaS, Big Data, or AI.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals involving multiple business units.
  • Willingness to travel.
