We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top IT talent in various roles across the organization. As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, leverage multiple sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Candidate Attraction: Proactively source, screen, and qualify top IT candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT roles, keeping candidates engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient interview processes.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process and drive efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing, ideally within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn for recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, tools, and technologies to assess technical skills (a plus).
