About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Organisational Development to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading organisational development, driving change management initiatives and the digital transformation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, organisational development, and digital transformation, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead organisational development exercise and drive change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of projects related to employer branding, employee experience, and organizational culture.
  • Lead and oversee HR project/s and digital transformation of HR processes, including performance management, learning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze organizational data, including employee engagement surveys and compensation metrics, to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Keep abreast on industry best practices in organisational development, and implement the relevant strategy within the Organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, organisational development, or digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms and strong project management skills
