We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, reports and other documents as required
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook
