- In Charge in Account receivable, Account Payable.
- In Charge in HR, Payroll matters.
- Dealing in Logistics, Stock in, Shipment Arrangement.
- Prepare and handle full set of monthly management accounts on timely basis.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and account closing.
- Prepare other financial reports/detailed accounts analysis on ad-hoc basis.
- Manage cash flow planning/forecast, inclusive of payable and receivable.
- Cover Malaysia company report and reporting to headquarters: Taiwan.
- Assist in annual budgeting.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company secretaries, Bankers and government authorities when required.
- Liaise with relevant divisional/department/operation personnel to resolve problem.
- Other task to be assigned from time to time.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or other relevant certifications
- At least 1-3 years of working experience. (Executive & senior position)
- Proficient in accounting knowledge and Excel.
- Required languages: Mandarin and English
- Preferable Mandarin speaker candidate as the director is from Taiwan.
