- Respond to customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
- Offer satisfactory resolutions for customers, such as changing hotel or flight dates or processing refunds.
- Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant departments, working as a team to meet KPI and SLA targets.
- Customer Service for Tourism Platform (Handling flight tickets, hotels, etc.)
- Location: Shah Alam (Direct LRT to Subang Jaya; night shifts require own transport)
- Market Focus: Primarily Taiwan
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin with basic English communication
- Education: Completed SPM / UEC / IGCSE or higher (grades are not considered)
- Open to Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work shifts and night shifts (latest shift: 3pm-12am / 10pm-7am)
