Supervisor - Production

• Oversee civil work such as Rebar cut & bend, caging, link, formwork, preparation & casting concrete. • Oversee daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. • Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. • Monitor day-to-day operations and trigger corrective actions. • Responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery. • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal result. • Make proper production record and highlight potential issues and risks in a timely manner. • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends. • Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. • Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of equipment and tools. • Supervise production crew ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
