NPI Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products. • Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. • Monitor and report on project progress and performance. • Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct process validation and qualification activities. • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams. • Develop and maintain documentation for new products and processes. • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs. • Work with suppliers and SCM to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. • Analyze production data and implement corrective actions as needed. • Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects. • Ensure proper handover of new products to production teams. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. • Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to ensure product reliability. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. • At least 4-6 years of experience in product development, engineering, or related role in manufacturing environment. • Experience in NPI process or Project Management, CAD software. Technical Mechanical drawing & specification • Familiar with machining, cutting i.e. manufacturing, fabrication, custome metal fabrication, welding and secondary finishing processes. • Semiconductor Sem icon experience is a plus point
