Job Description: A digital marketing executive plays a critical role in promoting brands, products, or services through digital channels like social media, websites, email, and paid advertising. Below is the description of job scope, requirements, and qualifications for this role: Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns oPlan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.) oIdentify and leverage new marketing opportunities to reach target audiences. 2.Content Creation and Management oCreate, edit, and publish engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and ad copy. oCoordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging. 3.Social Media Management oOversee social media accounts, engage with audiences, and implement social media strategies. oTrack and analyze engagement and growth metrics for social media platforms. 4.SEO and SEM oImplement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings. oManage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions. 5.Email Marketing oDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. oAnalyze email performance metrics and optimize for better engagement. 6.Analytics and Reporting oTrack campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). oGenerate monthly or quarterly reports on KPIs and ROI to assess the effectiveness of strategies. 7.Market Research and Competitive Analysis oConduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. oUse insights from research to adapt digital marketing strategies. Job Requirements: 1. Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). 2. Strong Content and Copywriting Skills. Ability to create compelling content and ad copy for various platforms and target audiences. 3. Analytical Skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a focus on optimizing campaign performance. 4.Understanding of SEO and SEM. Knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and experience managing PPC campaigns. 5.Social Media Savvy. Strong understanding of different social media platforms and how to engage effectively on each. 6.Project Management Skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7.Adaptability and Willingness to Learn. Digital marketing trends change rapidly, so a successful digital marketer must stay current and adapt. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in digital marketing. - Typically, 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
