  • Maintain and organize records: Ensure operational files and documentation (physical and digital) are accurately maintained, organized, and easily accessible for internal use.
  • Prepare daily reports for management (HQ), such as attendance, cash collection ledger, and inventory updates.
  • Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and report any discrepancies to management (HQ).
  • Data input: Accurately enter operational data into systems (e.g., inventory systems/spreadsheets). This may include tracking orders, deliveries, inventory levels.
  • Ensure the store’s daily cash, credit card, and debit card transactions match the sales receipts.
  • Ensure invoices for suppliers and other external parties are processed accurately.
  • Manage the return and exchange process in accordance with store policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the management (HQ) and assist in operational tasks that fall outside of routine procedures.
  • Be a point of contact between the store and other departments or external parties like suppliers or head office.
