Human Resources Intern
- Perform phone screening and interview arrangement
- Assisting in campus hiring program which includes career talks, resume screening and etc
- Assisting to manage our monthly training programs from planning, scheduling & preparing the training materials
- Research good training programs and proposing currently in-demand training
Admin
- Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
- Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
- Assisting in handling company staff’s accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
Purchasing Intern
- Involved in direct and indirect materials sourcing, planning, purchasing and inventory control
- Assisting in inventory management
- Monitor continually the price movements of raw materials and their global demand trends
- Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead time to meet customers' needs
Account&Finance
- Assist in prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Assist to collect, analyze and summarize account information for month-end and yearend closing process
- Assist to compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Assist in audit financial transactions according accounting control procedures
Qualifications
- Candidate must be an undergraduate in related fields
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working Location at Johor Bahru
