Technician Assistant

- Responsible to clarify with leader for production works. - Responsible to update leader about the work status in every stage. - Responsible to follow up with leader for product outstanding issues. - Responsible to update relevant information of Daily Production Report to leader upon product completion. - Responsible to perform preventive maintenance Troubleshoot mould, dies or assembly machines. - To assist in preparing molds and inserts in advance according to Master Production Schedule - To assist in expedite mold and insert changes in the shortest amount of time using all available resources - To assist in preparing new molds for start-up after mold change occurs - To set up hot stamping machines to produce consistent and quality stamps. - Responsible to set up/ change model and maintain production machines to meet output, quality, and yield targets. - Responsible to achieved Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) targets. - Responsible to maintain good housekeeping at all times for in-house and site jobs. - Responsible to comply all the safety related measures. - Responsible to inspect incoming parts before use and outgoing parts before releasing. REQUIREMENTS: - The candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Engineering / Manufacturing or equivalent - The candidate must be willing to work in shift - Good personality & able to communicate with all level - Self motivated and able to work under pressure
