  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including reports, reconciliations, and invoices.
  • Track accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
  • Ensure tax compliance, prepare returns, and liaise with auditors.
  • Support budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Handle petty cash and staff expense claims.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance needs.
  • Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Willing to run errands and travel out of office for banking and postage activities
  • Good team player and positive attitude
  • Candidate can start in short notice preferred.
