Client Acquisition:
- Serve existing client in Will & Trust / Insurance Policy / Financial services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Management:
- Build Business development strategy based on company business strategy.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Insurance / Trust & Will / Law Banking / Financial / or similar environment.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, financial / will & trust / banking / Insurance / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and planning abilities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
- Position will be based in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
- Basic (RM2000 to RM4000) + High Commission.
- EPF & SOCSO.
- Company Incentive Trip.
- Training will be provided (Require fast learner applicant).
- Working Hour: 9:30am to 6:30pm.
