Client Acquisition:

  • Serve existing client in Will & Trust / Insurance Policy / Financial services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Management:

  • Build Business development strategy based on company business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Insurance / Trust & Will / Law Banking / Financial / or similar environment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, financial / will & trust / banking / Insurance / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and planning abilities.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
  • Position will be based in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
  • Basic (RM2000 to RM4000) + High Commission.
  • EPF & SOCSO.
  • Company Incentive Trip.
  • Training will be provided (Require fast learner applicant).
  • Working Hour: 9:30am to 6:30pm.
