Restaurant Manager/Supervisor
1) Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
2) Plan and assign daily workload to branch employees.
3) Develop and implement established policies and procedures.
4) Develop operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
5) Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
6) Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
7) Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
8) Interview and hire new employee for outlet operations.
9) Schedule orientations and job training to outlet new employee.
10) Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
11) Analyze and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
12) Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.
13) Resolve customer inquiries politely and ensure customer satisfaction.
14) Develop cost-effective operational plans to achieve outlet goals.
15) Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience.
16) Assist with cash processing and develop expense and revenue reporting.
17) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Preferably candidate to possess SPM/STPM qualification.
- Candidates have at least 1 to 2 years of working knowledge in a F&B / Retail background.
- Candidates are fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to interact with all levels of customers and team members.
