- Manage existing business distribution channels ie dealers for bathroom, kitchen and sanitaryware products in the retail line.
- Maintains relationships with dealers and customers by providing support, updated information and product offerings; researching and recommending solutions as well as service improvements.
- Generate new leads and explore new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales.
- Identify product upselling, cross selling or new products by remaining updated on current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Responsible for preparing quotations, sales reports, follow up on sales and provide after-sales service to dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are fulfilled on timely manner.
- Responsible for payment collections; work with accounts to manage credit risk and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Sales experience in retail/ outdoor/ wholesale & distribution or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Experience in bathroom accessories & sanitaryware, appliances or building material will be an added advantage.
- Secondary education, diploma or degree holder in any fields.
- Fluent in speaking English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, willing, and energetic individual with the ability to work independently and with team.
- Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation on monthly basis.
