Accounting Executive
• Able to handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, prepare monthly reporting closing and financial reports
• Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly accounting schedules and reports (including debtors, payables, collection, accruals and fixed asset listings)
• Ensure intercompany transactions and creditor balances are reviewed and reconciled on timely basis.
• Day-to-day control and management of the working capital requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, legal, company secretary and banker as and when required
• You will be performing posting of expenses or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify their accuracy (including invoices, claims or vouchers)
• To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals
• Responsible to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status)
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, stock, cash float and other transactions
• Continuous enhancement of internal controls, process and system improvements.• Attention to detail and accuracy• Good problem-solving, and time management skills
• Mature and independent with good working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment
• Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer
• Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Working Hours : i) Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Minimum Diploma, Degree, or financial / accounting background equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting field.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.• Experience in using accounting software (SQL, ERP, UBS or Autocount).
