Position: Backend Operation (Intern) / IT Intern
Merchant Support and Software Enhancement:
- Assist merchants with the configuration and input of products and functionalities based on their unique requirements. Respond to the merchant query if any.
- Solicit and gather feedback from merchants on system performance, functionality, and usability.
- Work closely with the development team to implement software enhancements and address reported issues, delivering high-quality support.
System Software and Hardware Installation & Deployment:
- Collaborate with merchants to tailor software solutions to their specific needs.
- Provide comprehensive tutorials to merchants, ensuring a deep understanding of the system's functionalities.
- Continuously engage with merchants to identify opportunities for enhancing and customizing software to optimize their business processes.
- Proactively detect and troubleshoot system issues, delivering timely feedback and solutions for resolution.
- Fluent in Malay and English (Knowing Chinese is a plus)
- Knowledge of software or hardware is a plus
Office location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur ( just 5 minutes walk close to MRT Cochrane or MRT Maluri !)
RM 900 – RM 1,000 per month
