人事经理 HR Manager
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Develop company-wide human resource strategies and organizational development plans;
2. Create and improve HR policies related to compensation, recruitment, and training;
3. Coordinate and manage compensation, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation across departments;
4. Oversee employee relations, including on boarding, off boarding, probation management, and establishing a
retention mechanism for stable and harmonious labor relations;
5. Manage employment contracts, employee records, social security, and other HR-related documentation.

【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in Mandarin for effective team communication;
2. A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields, between 28 y/o to 40 y/o;
3. At least 3 years of HR management experience, fluent in Malay, Chinese, and English;
4. Proficient in Malaysian labor laws and regulations, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions;
5. Strong planning and execution skills;
6. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities;
7. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
